Nestled in the heart of South Bangalore, The Tamarind Tree is a luxury events space renowned for its serene ambiance, impeccable hospitality, and rich history. A sought after venue for weddings, celebrations and corporate events, this heritage venue has witnessed countless memories of shared joy. With a clientele from across the world, The Tamarind Tree is reputed to be one of the best heritage hideaways in India.

Challenge: The goal of the brand was to expand its brand presence, increase event bookings, and solidify its position as a premier event venue in India. With a diverse clientele including local patrons and Non-Resident Indians, there was a need to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that resonated with both domestic and international audiences. The biggest challenge of this project was to convey an experience that could typically only be appreciated in person.

Solution: As the head of marketing for the brand, I spearheaded a holistic marketing strategy with the customer experience in the forefront. After developing inbound marketing campaigns centred around genuine experiences of past guests, we magnified our reach through social media posts and reels. Leveraging captivating stories helped reach another set of audiences on blog posts. Optimised digital campaigns on google and meta also aided in targeting specific audiences and generating inbound leads.

– The website consistently ranks on the first page of organic Google search results
– All the marketing efforts resulted in a 100% inbound leads
– The instagram channel has had a reach of 793.2K this year (Jan – March 2024)
